Do pregnant women's nails and hair grow faster on their own, or is it only when they take vitamins?

Well the vitamans help a__sist in the growing. Whenever you are pregnant, everything grows (smile). I am currently taking vitamans and my hair and nail are growing. Nails are stronger than ever. Now if I can only get that baby to a__sist, lol,lol.

I'm 7+ months pregnant. All my body hair is growing so fast!

i think it is a little of both. But they say your extra hair starts to fall out later after pregnancy, i am not looking forward to that!!
