Missed Two Periods, Am I Pregnant?

my last period ended on the second of september, since then i have missed two periods. my first thought was that i was pregnant as i have been showing a few symptoms, eg. moodyness, tender breasts, going toilet more, slight cramping.
ive done a few tests with the doctor, and all have come up negitive.
ive been told i should insist on a ultra sound to be sure? as my dr just rules it off as stress, which i know isnt right.

Didi u take a test? You cannot just rely on these symptoms.

I didn't have my periods for six months. But it had nothing to do with pregnancy
