i'm eight weeks pregnant and i noticed i was bleeding a little bit one noght.so i decided to go to my hospital,To be safe.when the doctor took me in for a scan nothing showed up.i am definatly pregnant i done 3home tests,went to the doctor and hospital who confirmed i was pregnant,And i haven't had my period since january.what does this mean?
