I have a coworker returning to work from maternity leave. I would like to give a welcome back basket to make life easier here at work. Any ideas?

Include a picture frame; she'll probably be missing her baby, so a nice frame for a picture of the baby would help. Beyond that, just include the normal stuff you would for any gift basket.
