Afraid To Tell My Employer

I don't plan to tell my employer about my pregnancy until after my first Doctors appt, which is 12/01. I am really scarded to tell my boss as we already have one preggo in my departemnt who is due 05/17. I pressume I am due some time in early July. Also I am not married yet and this was not a planned pregnancy so I am worried that my coworkers may judge me. I'm 28 and my SO is 37 we had plans for babies and marriage soon...the baby part came a little sooner then we planned. Does anyone have any advise on how to break the news.

Congratulations! Try not to be afraid, I'm sure your co-workers will be more excited for you then to judge you. I felt the same way when I was pregnant and put off telling my work until I was 4 months along....hmmm, they all kind of expected it anyway since I was a slim gym junkie then all of a sudden started gaining weight and feeling nautious every morning! Have a talk to your boss before you let anyone else know, as you wouldn't want him/her to find out from someone else. There's nothing much you can say except 'I'm expecting a baby'.
