I work in a granite shop, I'm on temp leave right now, but plan on going back after the baby's born. I was just wondering how long after everyone's birth they were able/feeling up to lifting HEAVY weights. I'm thinking a month, but am I delusional??

4-6 weeks. just ease yourself into it. I asked my doc when i can start doing situps, that was a week after i had the baby and he told me to just ease into it, but lifting i would wait 4-6 weeks
