Hi, I am 29 yro and have a 2 yro son. I am getting married in December of 07 to his father. We've been together 7 yrs. Ready to conceive baby number 2!!Only problem is I have a Mirena IUD that I am getting removed on August 31. Any experience on how long it takes to conceive after the removal of these? Should I try right away? Should I wait a cycle?
