I am 31 with 7 year old daughter. I had no problem getting pregnant the first time. I have been trying for a second baby for a year now. All tests seems normal. I have a 21 day cycle. What could be the problem and when is the best time to have intercourse?

have you tried using any ovulation testers? I hear ClearBlue Easy has urination sticks. you use one every day (can test any time of the day) and it tells you when the best two days to concieve are. It's about 40.00 and you can get it in any Rite-Aid, Walgreens, etc. Good luck to you.
