Any Thoughts On Breastfeeding While Pregnant

I was told by a friend when she got pregnant, that she had to stop br___tfeeding. My DS is 14 months and still nurses a couple times a day. I found out a few days ago I am 4 weeks pregnant. Do I need to wean him now??

For most, milk dries up or at least production slows during pregnancy, but my Dr has always said that b___stfeeding during pregnancy was not harmful.
