I would say that it probably isn't a good idea, and is this a serious question? Many diet pills have stimulants and diuretics, which would probably be excreted in b___st milk, so you probably shouldn't do it. I think a doctor or b___stfeeding coach would tell you the same thing, but ask someone like that, and then let us know what they say.

I asked my doctor just today about taking protein supplements (this particular one has an appet_te suppressent in it) and he said that is fine as long as it doesn't have ephedra (I can send him the ingredients to be sure). He also said that I shouldn't go below 2,200 calories so that my milk stays productive. He said honestly that he just recommends walking/exercising and cutting out unnecessary food like candy and pop. He said my metabolism should be high enough that with a little extra effort the weight should continue to come off. I know that isn't exactly what you asked but thought it might help.
