I heard that if you drink more water than usual and have soups will increase your milk production? Is thus true for you or do you just eat and drink normally and still give the same results?

I don't know about increasing milk supply, but I do know that if you become dehydrated, your supply will decrease.

jamie is right. additionally, you do really need to force fluids. i always got thirsty the second my dd latched on. i felt like she was depleting my body, so I always got a gla__s of water before b/f so I'd have it next to me :)

It doesn't increase the milk supply, it just makes it easier to come out. KH is right because you might get dehydrated yourself so its better to be drinking lots of fluids.

i had the feeling that my boy didn't get enough milk. then i started drinking min. 2 liters of nursing tea a day and it did increase my milk supply. it still does. at first i had to force it but now i really long for tea while i nurse. i empty min. 2 large gla__ses per nursing.
