Check to see what's wrong with your evenflo - chances are, it's either not put together properly or it's defective and you'll be able to exchange it. I use an Avent Isis since I'm a stay at home mom and rarely need to pump.

I have the Medela mini electric. It is a single brest pump,it works great! it has adjustable pressure settings and is small and portable. This is the pump reccommended by most hospitals. I bought mine at walmart for about 150$ canadian. The pump also comes with a manual attachment for use by hand!

I know someone who has the Medela mini electric and she really likes it. I have the Avent Isis, so I cannot personally recommend an electric.

I agree with Jamie. You should call the 800 number... they are use to resolving the issues that might arise with your pump and it could be something simple to improve it. I have the Medela PIS, great pump, but I hardly have a need for it.

Don't buy the evenflo little purple electric one. It sucks. No pun intended, but it is a p.o.s.

same here I have the even flo electric and it is a p.o.s. I am a stay at home mom so I thought I would buy it just incase I needed to pump so I tried it so many times and still no luck. I am so mad that so many of us are wasting are money on something that doesn't work. I have the box but no reciept what should I do, also my dd is 5 1/2 months old and I got it for my baby shower.

I use the Medela Double Electric pump--I like it, but no I wish I had the Avent Isis IQ....but I can't afford it right now.. :-( But the Medela is really good.. I use it every day at work and get about 16 ounces a day. :-)

16 ounces a day?! I need that pump! The evenflo never get out more than 8 ounces. Seriously, don't buy it. Whata waste of money. You get what you pay for htough--it's only like 50 bucks. If you pump a lot invest in something that works and doesn't hurt your sensitive b___bies!

I have a Medela Pump in Style, and it works GREAT! I guess it's considered like a hospital grade pump. I paid $180 for it on ebay- used, but all the parts that touch your b___sts are washable, so.... Some people think that would be gross. I know that everything is clean, so... It was well worth it! I will never get rid of it til we're done having children!!!

I had an Evenflo single and it did nothing but make a lot of noise and make my nipples sore. I then purchased the new Avent Dual IQ and it's quiet as a church mouse and suction is much, much better. It's very expensive though but worth every penny.

I got my Pump In Style used at a children exchange store. They had like 5 to pick from and mine had the original box. The others did too and came with everything that was in the book and was really clean. I got it for $79.00. It's worked great!
