Green tea is okay during pregnancy so it should be okay while b___stfeeding.

I was told that only one cup/day of Green Tea is safe during pregnancy, cause it dilutes the blood. There may be a limit when you are b___stfeeding as well ?!?

I just read an article in the lastest American Baby magazine that said absolutley no green tea for the month or two before pregnancy , during pregnancy and while b___stfeeding. I can't remmebr the actual reason why, has something to do with an ingredient in the green tea. I will look for the magazine & try to post back here with the real reason why.

I found the article... And b___stfeeding & green tea is O.K. It said something in green tea inhibits the absorption of folic acid. So stay away from it for a few months before and during pregnancy, but nothing about while b___stfeeding.
