I'm really concerned with my br___t development. I'm 16 weeks and one of my br___ts is VERY noticeably larger than the other. The smaller one has grown since I became pregnant, but no where near as much as the other. It's areola is also near normal size. I'm worried about the effect this will have on my body's ability to produce enough milk for my baby. I don't get to see my doctor for another 3 weeks, should I be concerned so much? I can never get the measuring down, so I don't know exactly what size each br___t is. But I was a full 34B pre-pregnancy, I'm guessing that one is a C and the other a D now. It's noticeable to my husband and I very much, especially when I look in the mirror. Will the smaller areola make it difficult for the baby to latch on? Will it even produce milk?

Does no one know or does no one care? I'm concerned about this for my baby's sake!

If you feel better you can check with a lactation consultant, but I don't think it will be much of a problem. Mine did that too, but not until after I was b___stfeeding a little while. The smaller one had less milk it seems (that's not fact), but I'd still nurse him on one one side, empty, then switch to the other and did that until he was a toddler. He was fine. After he weaned they evened out again, thankfully.
