What is the best way to heat br___tmilk? I plan on pumping once I go back to work & then I'll be in class a few nights a week, what is the best way to heat up the br___tmilk?

The best and only way is to heat it up in the container you froze it in ,in hot water from the tap boiled water,make sure you change the waterafter it coold down,you eoulf be surprized how fast it defrosts. If you warm it up in the microwave you loose some of the nutrients of the b___stmilk.

yes, just put it in a pot of hot water from the tap, it works well. never microwave b___stmilk or formula. it creates hot spots that can burn the baby. i have a bottle warmer that i can adjust to accomodate frozen b___stmilk by just adding a varying amount of water to the machine. it was only 20.00, worth looking into.

I never freeze my b___st milk and I use a bottle warmer that I bougt for $20. It heats much faster than any other way.

if it is frozen you need to put it in warm water until it's slushy and then you can put it in hot :)
