Pumping Frequency

This is all too new for me! So here goes my dumb question. If I go back to work after 8 weeks will I HAVE to pump at work or can I wait till I get home? Or will my chest explode? I work 8 hours and I would pump in the morning before I leave. Problem is, I have nowhere to pump at work and I don't feel like running out somewhere to do this all the time at work. I'd like to continue br___tfeeding if all goes well but not sure what to do when I go back to work.

My recommendation is to pump as much as you can. I too had the same dilema and found that if I missed one time I would get less the next time and so on..Needless to say I was dry in less than a week!!!!...Now I feel terrible for not making enough effort.

O.K..so I'll be going back to work & wanting to pump too... How often should we pump? As oftena s our baby would feed if we were home? And how do you get that first day's worht of b___stmilk pumped? You have to try to pump inbetween feedings at home?
