Stopping Production Of Milk

ok ladies, i have heard different theories, can you please share how you got your milk to "dry up"

I b___st fed for as long as I could with my son and after a year with my daughter I simply began giving her cows milk. I started with small bottles of cows milk and with my b___stfeedings reducing slowly my milk supply went down with no pain. If you want to stop cold turkey I have heard that using super tight bras will help.

be careful with super tight bras...they told me to do that but I got clogged ducts which hurt more than labor! lactation consultant recommended the lama bra which was tight enough to do the trick but still quite comfortable! just took about four days and my solution started dropping and I could still b___st feed for morning and night..and then I used it to completely wean...highly recommend lama bra all around!
