I was just wondering if anybody knows if you can ovulate and not have a period? The only reason why I ask is because when I went to my doctor for my six week checkup he told me It looked like I should start ovulating. That was over three months ago and still no period. I do br___tfeed my son, but also give him formula bottles.

yes, you ovulate before you have a period, so you can easily miss your period and not know you're pregnant. if you test within the 8 weeks of having your baby, it may have a false positive. any time after that, any positive or negative you get is accurate. if you b___stfeed often enough, you won't have a period. if you're worried about pregnancy, take a test - right now you can safely test and know for sure. hope you get the result you most hope for.
