Has anyone had there infant spit up and there be blood in it? The doctor says it's probably from me, but I have my doubts. Does anyone know what else it could be if not this? Thanks

Are your nipples cracked and/or bleeding? If so, the doctor is probably right. Not sure of any othe causes. I went and did a quick search/check on kellymom.com and did not find anything. Maybe you can check and see if there is anything. Good luck.

there is a problem that 1 in 5 babies get, its called GERD i tihnk it stands for gasterol reflux disease, or somthing like that. Its when the baby spits up alot, it can cause severe heart burn and sometimes the esophogus(SP?) gets really irritated and can bleed. Ask your doc about it.
