Signs Of Pregnancy While Breastfeeding?

My lo is almost 4 months, and this week I've felt some weirdness in my stomach/abdomen and some constipation but no other problems.. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. There was one time after my 6 week check up that we didn't use protection, but we do now.. Wondering if I'm pregnant and the test is showing negative? Anyone had this happen to them?? I need feedback please!!!
