I usually get/buy a cup of hot water from a coffee shop. It only takes a couple of minutes. You could also try bringing a thermos of hot water with you.

I get a cup of hot water...any place that serves hot tea will be able to give it to you, and most places won't charge.

i have seen bottle warmers that plug into cars, once when desperate to warm a bottle my husband blasred the heat in the car (from one vent) (at the end of a 3 hour car ride to a funeral for the devistaing loss of my cousins fiancee and father of her son)and shook it vigorously when warming it, so it was ready when we got threre also warm water in a cup, or run hot water ober the bottle regular bottle warmers arent that big so you could plig it in whereever to heat it up, whaever way you warm it make sure to shake it well.

I agree with KH - it's easier to warm b___st milk in a bag than in a bottle; you can spread the liquid thinner, if that makes sense? Also, the bm really doesn't need to be any more than room temperature. Sure, fresh from the b___st it's a toasty 98.7 degrees, but as long as it's not cold, it's not going to hurt anything.
