When can i expect my period to start after I'm done br___tfeeding my child?

I nursed my daughter for 9 months. One week after she was fully weaned I got my first period. I do know you can get pregnant while b___stfeeding. If this is the case you can get your period while you are still nursing. Everyone is different. I hope this helps

I went to my doctor for my 6 week check up and he said it looks l am about to start my period. I b___stfeed my son. Everyone is different.

My son is 3 months old and I have not gotten my period. I'm starting on the pill tomorrow and I have a feeling this will make it come faster. Oh well, I guess it's better than getting pregnant again.

To C: I was on bc pill starting at 6 weeks after the delivery. While nursing I did not get period. I do know my doc prescribed me a weaker pill so my milk supply would not be reduced. After I stopped nursing my cycles were wacky so I had to be put on a regular dose. I hope this helps. But for me the pill made no difference.

That's good to know. I would have been nervous if my period did not come after the first pack. I am on a weaker dose too, at least I think. She prescribed the kind you can take while b___stfeeding. I think they are called the mini pill with only one hormone instead of the combined one.
