I was wondering when you all pump. What time of day or how soon near when baby nurses?

I am working full time so this might be different than what you are looking for. During the week I pump 1-2 times at work and then before I go to bed. On the weekends I only pump before I go to bed. I've heard many different recommendations but I just pump when I feel like it. I think they recommend to either nurse or pump every 3-4 hours during the day. If you are a full time nurser, I think you should pump after your child is done nursing for an additional 10 minutes. This will help build up your supply and then you can store milk. I never did that but I might with my next child.
