9 Months Later And Still Bleeding From Incision

I had a second c-section in October 2004 and my incision still opens up and bleeds every couple of weeks. I have also had severe lower abdominal pain and pain aroud the incision site the whole 9 months. Doctors do not have any more ideas. Has this happened to anyone else?
