Hello everyone!
I am really scared of having a c-section as I have an anterior low lying placenta and this would be my 2nd c-section.I am now 31 weeks pregnant with my 4th baby.(the first 2 were born va___ally but the 3rd was breech and I had a c-section)Are there any chances that my placenta rises? How can I help my placenta to rise? How they make the incision though placenta? How big chances of histerectomy do I have with anterior low lying placenta? My placenta doesn´t cover the os it´s just about 1.5 centimeter higher. Can I have a va___al birth trial?Sorry for so many questions but I am so terified when thinking they have to perform the surgery through placenta in my case.

I would think if you had a low-transverse incision with your last c-section and since you had 2 prior v-births you would be an excellent candidate for a VBAC. It sounds like it would be riskier for them to try and cut through a low-lying anterior placenta doesn't it? I would ask about this. I personally would rather not have the c-section, especially since you have a tested pelvis. Good luck!

Thank you for writing djh.
I am in Europe and I am afraid they won´t allow me to try a VBAC as my low lying placenta is not high enough to guarantee a safe v____al delivery.
That is why I wonder if there are any standards of how high a low lying anterior placenta must rise in order to ensure a v____al delivery.
I´d appreciate to read about your experiences in a similar case if any.
best regards
an european mom
