What exercise can I do to flatten my belly without irritating my st_tches? I had a C-Section five months ago and I am really scared to but I want to start exercising.

St_tches??? 5 months later??? I believed the internal ones deissolved a long time ago. Do all the crunches you want, but good luck. Not to sound pessimistic but I had a ceserean 5 months ago and have been doing crunches for a while now...no flat tummy yet. Try this for working your abs. Get on the floor lie on your back legs flat and together. Then, keeping your legs straight lift them with your abs SLOWLY. once your legs are all the way up and your body is in an L shape slowly drop your legs. a foot from the ground stop and dont drop ypour legs all the way. If I had more time to do those I'd probably have a flatter tummy.
