Burning Pain While Doing Sit Ups

Im having burning when i do sit ups and leg lifts while doing my pilates and i had my c-section 14 months ago, it was my first one but i have had two other children prior to my third naturally. It burns like it did when i coughed for the first time after my c-section. I just started working out 6 days ago and have been experiencing the pain even through out the day after I have worked out, but no pain at all before just since I have been trying to workout and tone my stomach, anyone know what this might be??

Not sure, but ever since my 3rd (also my 3rd c-section) I haven't been able to do crunches, sit-ups or anything stomach related w/out feeling like my incision will come open. After the first and second c-sections I could, no problem. My youngest is 2 1/2 years old, so I don't really foresee it getting better for me. I'd ask your doc to make sure it's safe.
