Do you still bleed after having a c-section the same amount you would if you had a va___al delivery?

Yes, it all still has to come out. The good thing is, after a c-section you're not too sore to wipe down there, and after a v____al birth I would imagine you would be. If I were you, I'd take some overnight maxipads with you to the hospital...the hospital pads just aren't the same.

I was only bleeding for 3 days and it was very little blood. I asked my dr. when I was in the hospital and she said it was normal for c-section to not bleed a lot because she cleaned out my uterus. It's been 3 months and still have not come on my period... weird I know.

yes you still bleed, but for me it wasn't nearly as much. They 'vacuumed' everything out, so i had more like a heavy spotting for the first week and it was very very light after that. I was wearing pantiliners after the first week. it was GREAT. I'm sure all women and all deliveries are different.

It's six weeks since my C and although the bleeding is over I'm not yet game to go without a pantyliner.
