It's been 13 weeks since my emergency c-section. Is it safe for me to start doing strenuous activity such as heavy lifting, bending up and down, stretching the abdomen etc.?

I had an umplanned c-section and my doctor let me start to excersice after 10 weeks. As long as you aren't in pain I think that is is safe now.

I was up and moving the very next day Veronica. I had to go see my sick daughter in the NICU. I think that as long as your not in pain anymore more you should do as much as you can.
