How Soon With A C Section

I was wondering how soon they are able to take your baby with a c- section? do they wait till you are at 40 weeks or can they do this before? My first one was a c-section and she wasnt here till I was at 42 weeks!!! I was induced and nothing ever happened, so they did an emergency c-section.So does any one know if they will take this one sooner

My guess would be at the earilest probably one or two weeks before your due.

I am in your situation also. My doctor said she will deliver me one week before my due date. So that would be at 39 weeks.
