I Have A Large Lump Under My C Section Scar

I had a c section 8 weeks ago. The scar is healed and doesn't hurt. But I have a large lump underneath it. It measures about 2 inches in length and 1 inch wide. When I went for my postnatal appointment the doctor said she would keep an eye on it. Because I was more concerned about my daughter I didn't think to ask what it could be or wether I should be worried. It doesn't hurt but it feels uncomfortable when I wear jeans or any kind of trousers that have a button and a zip! I am a bit concerned about what it is. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you
