I had a c-section almost 2 weeks ago. I've been having the worst gas pains. Anyone else?

I was like that in the hospital. But I don't recall being that way afterwards. Course I was really bloated for about 3 weeks til I lost my weight.

I was like that right afterwards...you can get some simethicone drops, safe even when you're b___stfeeding, and that will take care of it.

Thanks ladies, it's getting better. I've been taking gas relief pills and it is a relief! lol
