Is It Safe To Have Four Cesarean Sections

I had 2 c- section and had my tubes cut, tied, and burned during the 2nd one. I now have had a 3rd c-section. My doctor said he didn't know how I got pregnant the 3rd time. My husband and I have decided to try for a forth and I was wondering what the risk of a 4th c-section would be.
