Repeat Complete Placenta Previa

I have had 2 c-sections in the past 4 years. Last one with Placenta Previa. Does anyone know if I stand a higher risk of developing placenta previa AGAIN since I have had it once already. I was complete and delivered after aminio and 2 steroid shots at 37.5 weeks....THANKS
