Tenderness 4 Months Post C Section

I had a cesarean March 29th of this year. Lately it has been getting really bruised-feeling and sore to the touch about an inch above the incision down to the incision area. It feels like someone has been kicking the c__p out of the incision area. Anyone else experience this?
