Treatment For C Section Scar

Was just wondering if anyone has used Microderm lotion or any other treatments on their incisions. My doc suggested Microderm , but not sure what kind exactly will work best. Has anyone had any luck with this or have other suggestions...I have heard some people use vitamin E as well...but my doc said it can make the incision more prone to infection cuz of the stickiness of it. Any thoughts??
