I am 3 months postpartum, had a c-section, and both of my knees have begun to ache, but only when I am bending down. Any insight into this? I did a google and nothing came up.

Mine have been doing the same. 2 months post-partum now. I used to always sit indian style my whole life. Now I do this and it is so painful when I go to get up I have to stand there awhile before I can walk. I don't know why this happens but understand your problem. I never had any problems with this before.

I am 5 months postpartum. My knees just started to feel better, and are not painful anymore. I have lower back pain, and foot pain, so I thought this was causing my knee issues.
I still have the back pain, and foot, but my knees are ok.
Try walking and phys. therapy exerises. Feel better.

Anyone else having multiple joints hurt and ache quite a bit after giving birth (C-section)? I'm now 3 months postpartum, and it is getting worse.

It may be coincidental that you have the joint pain and your c-section birth. It would be a very good idea to ask your Primary care Physician to order some blood tests to see if it is related to your delivery or if you have simultaneously developed an autoimmune condition. Since pregnancy, labor, delivery and surgery are all considered by the body to be extremely stressful, it stands to reason something else could be going on, triggered by that stress. Get it checked as it only takes a simple blood draw. Hope you feel better soon.
