did anyone else loose a lot of blood and end up with low iron levels after their cesarean? i lost half my blood volume and my iron got down to 5.9 so they gave me a blood transfusion. then at about 2 weeks post op i had to stop nursing because even with supplements my baby was still hungry and not gaining enough wait. when i tried to pump, i only got drops of milk. anyone else with similiar issues? did you stop br___tfeeding or were you given a drug to make your milk come in? i didn't know there was such a thing until after i stopped. my doctor didn't mention it
