i had my daughter 3 weeks ago... my incision looks.. but i have bruising above where i was cut its real tender also... is that normal???

Yes. It's normal. I had that with mine, too.

I had bruising with this last c-section 2.5 weeks ago...it's gone now, but my dr said it was because he did something different so that my scar wouldn't tuck in. So your dr. probably just did a really good job.
