I saw on the other thread that you will have a hysterectomy for ovarian cancer. I just wanted to say stay positive and strong!! My SIL didn't realize when she was pregnant with her 5th that she had cancer, but she had had her other 4 children all natural with a midwife and that midwife told her that something was up... she said maybe it's a tumor or a twin that had died... but she knew that there was something more than just my niece in there. My SIL was near the end of her pregnancy and went to an OB who decided on an immediate c-section and when they opened her up they found the cancer on her ovaries and in her uterus and it had spread to some other areas as well. She had an emergency hysterectomy right then and there. I can't even tell you how hard it was on her for those months after the delivery because she was undergoing chemo and had to rely on others to care for my niece much of the time (she had older daughters by then, so that helped... she also has 3 sisters who helped her out a lot). Anyway, my niece is now 10 years old and my SIL has been cancer-free for 7 of those years. It can be beaten!! I wish you the best of luck!!!!!
