Complications Post Csection

Hi, this is my 1st post. So I had my second baby via csec in March. After the initial period of lochia, I have been having a continuous greenish discharge from vagina. No pain, no fever, nothing else at all. It’s been 7 months now and I am still having the discharge. Scans show a tract formed in the uterus leading to some abscess. Anyone else with a situation like this? Do I need a surgery?
