Exercise After C Section

I had my second child by c/section 15 weeks ago and would like to start yoga , is it to soon ?

Unless your doctor says no, you are probably fine to do just about anything you want at this point. I was already pregnant with my next child who was delivered 11 months after baby #1. I don't recommend that, however, as I had an infant and a newborn after major surgery...eeeccckkk. Very painful. But Yoga is a wonderful way to get those joints and muscles to stretch out slowly.
