Hernia After C Section What Were The Symptoms

just wondering what your symptoms were for those of you who developed a hernia after having a c-section? how often did you have the bad pain? i had a c-section 5 weeks ago and have had 3-4 episodes of pain that lasted for about 2 hours each and the last time i had it (about 5 days ago) it was BAD. my dr.thinks my body is trying to ovulate and that is causing the pain, yet he put me on birth control 2 weeks ago. i'm also still bleeding (not a lot) and it goes from brown to bright red off and on.

i've had a csection and hernia but not one after the other, at least right away. For me it felt like an anoying pain, it would sometimes go away but then i'd do something and it would come back again. It was kind of sharp. If you suspect one, get it checked, the smaller the hernia the easier the repair.
