Lump Under C Section Incision

Today i found i have a lump under the skin under my incision!!! i'm totally freaking out! Could it just be catlidge or scar tissue or somethng?? Has anyone else experienced this? I have my 6 week PP checkup tomorrow, so atleast i can ask the doc about it tomorrow morning! Just makes me worried somethings wrong! im gunna post this under infant care too! thanks ladies!

I felt a lump under my scar tissue after my c-section and i went to see my dr and he said it was a st_tch in my uterus that did not dissolve.But after a wk or so it was gone.
