I couldnt wait to get back on here to tell you all how easy my csection went. I had zero anxiety the day of, went into the hospital met my doctor and anestesologist (who put me right at ease) about an hour later went in for the birth of my daughter (yes i call it birth not surgery) i had no complications she was out and in my husbands arms faster than i had ever expected, and then we were all in recovery together. I was able to nurse her right away which was gantastic and i even requested to be dropped from the morphine and put down to vicoden once my catheter was out (about 8 hours after birth) i was up and in the shower on my own the folloiwing day and the day after that my staples came out and we all went home. I didn't even refill my pain medicine RX, and was able to get outsidde with my baby 2 days after we got home. I wish you all the same experiance as me and tell you if i have to do it again i will with no question. My whole medical team was AMAZING and we were all so comfortable!!!! I hope this sheads some POSITVIE light on csections for those of you who are tired of all the negitive stuff. I also lost all the weight plus 210 extra pounds within a month, my strech marks are fading with the help of Mederma (get it early as soon as you notice your streach marks it works wonders) i do have so numbness but nothing that bothers me, I have a beautiful healthy baby and that the bottom line... good luck ladies
