Sth Like Ulcer Under C Section

Hi everyone
I had an emergency c-section 50 days ago and lately from time to time I feel something hurts me when my clothes touch the area around the wound. Today I noticed there is very small reddish area that looks like an alcer or a little reddish lump under the hair, it hurts me when i touch the hair, what is this thing? and did anyone have a similar thing?
My appointment with the doctor is scheduled next Monday, but I am scared she won't notice that thing coz it is small, even my husband did not see it at first.
