I had my cesarean in July 05 and I just started to feel back to normal in the last few months. As far as pain, I didn't have any "pain" after around 10 weeks after the cesarean but at times I would have pains. Aching here and there or it would feel a bit tight. It would not be a constant pain however. I hope this helps some.
