Is it ok to eat caesar dressing replacing a coddled egg with pasteurized egg beaters? Just found out I'm pregnant (very early on) and have eaten caesar salads a bunch last week - must have been a craving I didn't know about :)

The concern is that Caesar Dressing may contain raw eggs. Products such as raw eggs may contain salmonella.
