Combat Headaches With FOOD

Well ladies all of us have at least suffered from a headache or migraine since they found out they were pregnant. I have suffered from migraines since I was in middle school 10 years ago. Since then I have done tons of research on what can trigger headaches or what I can do to prevent them. Here is a list of good foods in general: Tuna, Ginger, Popcorn, Broccoli, Acorn Squash, Clams, Salmon, Brown rice, Oatmeal, Green Peas, Potatoes, Shrimp, Skim Milk. Just be careful when you add foods to your diet b/c they may actually trigger your headaches. I know my triggers are peanut butter, nuts of any kind, and cheeses. Hope this helps you ladies!
