I'm four months pregnant and work out can I do sit ups/crunches?

I did sit-ups until 5 months. Then a friend of mine who is a fitness trainer suggested sit-ups on an exercise ball, not going all the way back. Also holding yourself up on the b___s of your feet and elbows/forearms works great!
